Events - $233.00 per day
Including but not limited to, fairs / concerts / promotions / shows / sporting events / markets / fundraisers / Community Events)

Ceremonies & Services - $47.00 per hour
Including but not limited to, wedding ceremony / naming ceremony / memorial service

Private Gatherings - $47.00 per hour
For gatherings exceeding 50 attendees

General Bookings
For general gatherings with 50 attendees or less there is no fee.

Vendors (Bouncing Castles, Entertainment, Caterers etc) arranged through the Hirer are required to hold Public Liability Insurance for at least $20,000,000.
A copy of the Certificate of Currency must be provided with the booking application before a Booking Permit will be issued.

Council can ensure your event does not conflict with other booked events in this space, however, it is important to note that exclusive use of an open space cannot be guaranteed, in particular, the reservation of undercover areas and BBQ facilities.

All hirers must comply with Redland City Council's Bookable Spaces Terms and Conditions.
