The Thornlands Dance Palais is suitable for small to medium exercise classes, community activities and functions/events.

Pricing
Off Peak - 6am to 4pm
$27.20 per hour
Peak - 4pm - Midnight
$53.80 per hour

Cleaning Fee
Depending on the activity, some bookings may incur a cleaning fee. Please note, this fee is non negotiable and is not eligible for discount.
Cleaning fees start at $446.95 per booking.

In addition to our standard terms and conditions, special conditions apply to birthday party bookings for ages 16 to 25 year old:

  • A bond payment of $1,500 is required
  • Registration with Party Safe Queensland is required and copy of same provided to Council

    Commercial Vendors
    If you have arranged or plan to arrange a commercial vendor to provide a service at the hall, we will require a copy of their Public Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency valid for the booking date and for a sum insured of $20 million (examples include caterer or entertainer etc.)

    Please be sure to check the availability below for your desired date(s) and time(s). A minimum 7 days notice must be provided in order for your application to be assessed.
