Description

The Bay Islands Sport & Resilience Hub is a multi-purpose facility for community activities, sporting activities & disaster training/response.

Pricing
Off Peak - 6am to 4pm
$18.50 per hour
Peak - 4pm - Midnight
$31.50 per hour

*Discounts may apply to venue hire rates if eligible. Please review discount availability information outlined in the frequently asked booking questions.

Cleaning Fee
If your booking includes consumption of food and/or drink, a cleaning fee will apply. Please note, this fee is non negotiable and is not eligible for discount.
Monday - Friday $236.50
Weekends & Public Holidays $218

In addition to our standard terms and conditions, special conditions apply to birthday party bookings for ages 16 to 25 year old:

  • A bond payment of $1,500 is required
  • Registration with Party Safe Queensland is required and copy of same provided to Council

    Commercial Vendors
    If you have arranged or plan to arrange a commercial vendor to provide a service at the hall, we will require a copy of their Public Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency valid for the booking date and for a sum insured of $20 million (examples include caterer or entertainer etc.)

    Please be sure to check the availability below for your desired date(s) and time(s). A minimum 7 days notice must be provided in order for your application to be assessed.
